Can a person be "cured" of Type 2 Diabetes? Dr. Sarah Hallberg provides compelling evidence that it can, and the solution is simpler than you might think.

Dr. Sarah Hallberg is the Medical Director of the Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program at IU Health Arnett, a program she created. She is board certified in both obesity medicine and internal medicine and has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. She has recently created what is only the second non-surgical weight loss rotation in the country for medical students. Her program has consistently exceeded national benchmarks for weight loss, and has been highly successful in reversing diabetes and other metabolic diseases. Dr. Hallberg is also the co-author of www.fitteru..us, a blog about health and wellness.

  1. Are sugars nonessential? As opposed to amino/fatty acids which are essential? I am hearing conflicting information, everything I read says glucose is essential for every single body function? Help

  2. As Islamic guidelines says eat 1/3 stumoch solid food, 1/3 water and keep 1/3 empty. In modern world, than means eat natural whole unprocessed food, eat less and drink lots of water.

  3. If You have diabetes, I want you to just try this: Simple boil a cup of water with a stick of cinnamon stick for about 5 minutes. Then, let the water cool to your drinking tolerant. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: Before drinking add 3 table spoons of HONEY to the cinnamon water; stir well and drink slowly, first thing in the morning or before bedtime for about a month. Then get your diabetes tested to get the amazing news. I had type 2 diabetes; after trying this, I went to my doctor for the result. As I stepped in my doctor's office, he said, "Your diabetes is perfect." Another boosts that will help lower your diabetes, is to eat lots of veggies with a drill of HONEY over it! Continue to do this whenever you're threatened with diabetes; SPREAD THIS INFO to help others, out there!

  4. Gracias por la información, cada vez más personas relevantes en estos temas, nos dicen lo mismo. Es hora de abrir los ojos, la teoria de las calorías nunca ha funcionado. Cada vez existe una mayor epidemia de diabéticos o prediabéticos, algo estamos haciendo mal. Hay que tener miedo a los carbohidratos, no a las grasas.
